Home Furniture Service

If service is required, please feel free to call us at the store in which the merchandise was purchased or fill out our online service request. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will have a service representative contact you to discuss details of the service issues and schedule an appointment for service or pick up. All service fees and charges will be discussed upon contact with our service representative. Service fees will be payable upon initial service.

Out of Service Area
If service is required and is out of our normal service area, service fees will be applied at our normal rate plus mileage based on the customer's location. If pickup for repair is required, the customer will be responsible for transportation fees and labor as these are not covered under manufacturer warranty.

Home Furniture Warranty

Saxony House Furniture sells merchandise from a variety of different manufacturers. The terms and conditions vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer itself. We will provide warranty services under the guidelines that are set forth by the manufacturer. We are not liable for the performance of any product in conjunction of any written or implied warranties by the manufacturer. All warranties are subject of normal use. Defects that are a result of negligence, misuse, accidents or pet damage are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Saxony House Furniture will provide free warranty service within the first 90 days of delivery within our normal service area. All service after 90 days is subject to service fees, trip charges and labor to be determined based on the specifics of service required.
